Actively accept the Terms
Before any scan, you tick a click-wrap consent covering our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Cosmetic Wellness Disclaimer. Nothing begins without it.

Guided capture
Our on-screen guidance helps you frame your face at the right angle and distance in even, well-lit conditions. Before analysis begins, each capture is checked for definition (minimum resolution), lighting (it must be well lit — neither too dark nor over-exposed) and focus. Captures that fail are rejected and re-prompted, so measurements stay consistent scan to scan.

Transient analysis
You'll see a confirmation that your photograph is being analysed, with a progress indicator — most scans complete within a few minutes, and up to 5–10 minutes at busy times. Your photograph is held in memory only for the length of that analysis. We measure a comprehensive set of observable cosmetic characteristics — hydration and oil balance first, then tone, surface texture and firmness impression.

Immediate deletion
On completion, success or failure, the image and every temporary buffer are destroyed. We keep only your derived scores, your report, the timestamp and your country.

Your report
A comprehensive on-screen report and a well-typeset PDF. Composite score, parameter breakdown, focus areas, strengths, an AM and PM routine and country-matched product suggestions.
