Refund & Cancellation Policy

Lervé sells a single one-off scan at £2.99. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and no recurring charge.

UK consumers keep their statutory 14-day cancellation rights. Where you have consented to immediate performance and the scan has already been completed within that period, the right to cancel is lost for that scan.

Unused scan credits can be refunded in full on request within 14 days. Refunds outside of a service fault are otherwise at our discretion.
