These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Lervé (lerve.io), a cosmetic and wellness planning service. By creating an account or using the service you confirm you are 18 or over and agree to these terms.

Nature of the service

Lervé is a cosmetic and wellness tool. It describes observable cosmetic characteristics only and does not provide medical, diagnostic or clinical advice. Results are not a substitute for advice from a qualified skincare professional or GP.

Account and eligibility

You must be 18 or over to use Lervé. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Consent to scan

Every scan requires you to actively accept these terms, our Privacy Policy and the Cosmetic Wellness Disclaimer. In expert-assisted scans, consent is captured from the end-user, not the consultant.

Product suggestions and commercial relationships

Product suggestions are informational. Lervé is not the manufacturer or seller of the products shown. Purchases and product use are between you and the retailer or brand. Some products shown are from brands that pay to partner with Lervé; those placements are labelled and disclosed. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is capped at the amount you have paid to Lervé. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
